Article 1:

The client agrees to follow the Business Speaking course according to a schedule established between him/her and the teacher. Any change in the date of a course must be made at least 24 hours in advance so as not to be lost.

Article 2:

In the case of telephone courses, the client undertakes to attend a minimum of two 30-minute lessons per week.

Article 3:

The client validates the choice of teacher at the end of the free trial lessons. Business Speaking will propose a native teacher of the language being taught who corresponds to the client's needs and level. The client will be accompanied by the same teacher for a minimum period of 20 hours. The client may change teachers every 20 hours. In case of dissatisfaction with the teacher or accent, the client may request a change of teacher. A maximum of two changes per 20 hours will be accepted. In the event of a teacher's absence from the company, Business Speaking commits to replacing the absent teacher within 48 hours.

Article 4:

The client is responsible for providing the teacher with documents that will enable him/her to work in a very personalised way in role-play on his/her core business. The teacher will also send working documents to complete and expand on a number of points with the client. After each lesson, the client will receive a "Lesson-Recap" sheet summarising all the main points worked on during the lesson: vocabulary, expressions, idioms, verbs....

Article 5:

The client must report back to Business Speaking on the evaluations carried out using the satisfaction questionnaires sent by e-mail throughout the course.

Article 6:

The client will be assessed for oral proficiency on several occasions: during their first course with the Business Speaking BSE In "Entry Evaluation" according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of References), during their course with our "Inter Evaluation" and at the end of their course with our "Exit Evaluation" BSE Out.

Article 7:

The client can follow the Business Speaking course as part of a training programme from the company's plan or as part of the use of their CPF account, either on their own or during working hours. When using their CPF account, Business Speaking will send them a registration link to " Mon Compte Formation ".

Article 8:

The client undertakes to sign the monthly training certificates in the case of telephone training.

Article 9:

Invoicing of courses will be carried out with the client's company, directly or by its OPCO in the framework of a subrogation of payment, and directly by the CDC in the framework of the CPF. Payment deadlines must comply with the LME Act of 2008.

Article 10:

In the event of a complaint, the customer can send an email to contact@business-speaking.com or send a letter or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Business Speaking 101 avenue du Général Leclerc 75685 Paris cedex14. Business Speaking will respond to the customer within a maximum of one month.

Article 11:

In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction to settle the matter.
